Tim Paziuk, CFP®, CLU®, ChFC

Tim began his career in financial services in 1979 when he joined Canada Life’s Estate Service Division in Edmonton. In 1982, after receiving training both in Edmonton and Toronto he was appointed an Associate of the Estate Service Division with small businesses as his primary focus. In 1991 Tim moved to Vancouver Island in order to start his own company. The purpose of TPC Financial Group has always been to give integrated financial planning to professionals. Tim is a Chartered Financial Planner, Certified Financial Planner, Chartered Life Underwriter, and a Chartered Financial Consultant. In 2000 and 2002, he was selected by Advisor’s Edge as one of the top financial planners in B.C. and the Territories.

Adam Neal, CFP®, CLU®, CEA
Financial Planner

Adam received his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Peter B Gustavson School of Business at the University of Victoria in 2010. After working closely with TPC Financial as a licensed investment advisor with yourCFO Advisory Group, Adam took a position as financial planner with TPC Financial Group. With a thorough understanding of the relationship between corporate and personal finances, Adam works closely with his clients to optimise their personal and professional finances on a day-to-day basis. Adam is also involved in the analysis and negotiations regarding practice purchases and assists clients in transitioning into their new ownership role.

Eric Albertini, CFP®
Financial Planner

Born and raised in Whitehorse, Yukon, Eric graduated from the University of Toronto in 1994. In 1996, he received his professional engineering licence and bought a small mechanical consulting engineering firm in Whitehorse. Responsible for the business and corporate administration in addition to the engineering, he and his partner more than doubled the size of the firm before Eric left in June 2010. In October 2010, Eric and Tim opened TPC Financial Group (Yukon) Limited to expand TPC Financial Group’s services to the entire Yukon. Eric is a licensed life insurance agent, and has been a client of TPC Financial Group since 1998. Combining his years of professional, business, and financial experience with ongoing training in the financial planning field, Eric brings a unique and significant faculty to our team.

Megan Klassen, CFP®
Financial Planner & Professional Coordinator

Megan is paired with Eric and is helping run and grow the TPC Yukon branch. She received her Master’s in Business Finance with an undergraduate in Business Administration from the University of Alaska Fairbanks. While studying she captained the University volleyball team all four years. Megan brings a unique background to the team with her experience in the banking industry as well as corporate finance. She thoroughly enjoys helping people financially and is excited to be a part of the TPC Financial team.

Adam Crichton, CFP®
Financial Planner & Professional Coordinator

Adam completed his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Peter B. Gustavson School of Business at the University of Victoria in 2012. During his time at UVic he held three accounting/financial internships with the same company. Before joining the TPC team in September 2013, he worked as a business analyst in a service and sales organization in Vancouver. Adam works with the rest of the planning team to provide comprehensive financial advice to all of our professional clients.

Adam Vickers, CFP®
Financial Planner & Professional Coordinator

Adam VickersOriginally from Victoria, Adam completed his B.Sc. at McGill University in Montreal, in 2004.  After spending 7 years in an advisory role at a major bank and an investment company in both Calgary and Victoria, Adam joined TPC Financial Group in 2016 to better serve his clients under TPC’s fee-based model. Adam brings a wealth of knowledge of the banking and finance sectors to TPC, and helps provide insight to his clients how to best navigate their banking and investment dealing with various financial institutions. In his free time, Adam enjoys playing guitar, chess, staying active, and being heavily involved in the community coaching and promoting youth baseball in Victoria.

Torin Rivers
Associate Financial Planner

Torin has an extensive customer service background and came to TPC Financial group in 2017 after spending time with one of the larger Canadian banks. Torin brings with him his knowledge of the banking systems and is excited to provide his clients with a better understanding of large financial institutions and how they differ from the structure of TPC. Torin is looking forward to the opportunity to work with clients under TPC’s fee-based model to optimize their finances and work with them towards their goals.Torin was born and raised in Victoria, British Columbia. Over the past 15 years, Torin has been an active member of the Rowing community both as an athlete and more recently as a rowing coach at the University of Victoria.

Spencer Davidson
Associate Financial Planner

Originally from the Comox Valley, Spencer completed his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Peter B. Gustavson School of Business at the University of Victoria in 2017. While attending UVic he completed finance co-ops with a wealth management firm and the BC Provincial Treasury. Spencer joined TPC shortly after his graduation because of our value-based approach, where he now works with the planning team to deliver unbiased and holistic financial plans.

Sarah Holmberg
Associate Financial Planner

Sarah received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree with Distinction from the University of Regina in 2006.  Before joining the TPC team in October 2017, she worked in various finance roles in healthcare and municipal government in Saskatchewan.   Her diverse finance background and project management experience has helped prepare her for her role in financial planning.  She is excited to join Eric and Megan at the TPC Yukon branch and be part of a great team.  In her spare time, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family and exploring the beautiful Yukon.

Emily Newman
Associate Financial Planner

Emily was very involved in athletics growing up in Victoria. After high school, she went to college in Texas on an athletic scholarship and then to North Dakota. She completed her Bachelors in 2016 with majors in Business Administration and Financial Planning and Wealth Management from the University of Jamestown. She joined TPC Financial Group in 2018 and takes pride in producing in-depth financial plans with clients that help them achieve their financial goals and objectives.

Penny Saunders
Risk Management/Insurance

Penny provides TPC Financial Group with the highly detailed and meticulous standard that defines the daily operations of TPC. Penny assists Tim in obtaining multiple types of insurance and has perfected the art of finding the best policies for his clients. Penny is a wealth of knowledge on all things financial and is an important resource for both staff and clients alike.

Adam Fares
Risk Management/Insurance

Originally from Thunder Bay, Ontario, Adam moved to Victoria for hockey, playing in the BCHL for the Victoria Grizzlies, and Trail Smoke Eaters. Once he completed his time playing hockey he studied Business Administration at Camosun College in Victoria. Adam joined TPC Financial Group in 2018 and provides assistance in various aspects of risk management and insurance.

Patti Paziuk

Patti has been working with medical professionals for over 30 years. She has worked as an office manager at a number of dental practices, performing bookkeeping and client services. In 1999 she founded a successful dental consulting & bookkeeping company that focused on streamlining the front office functions of many practices and bringing their computer and billing systems up to date. In 2007, Patti decided to bring her bookkeeping talents to TPC Financial on a full time basis. She provides first class bookkeeping for a number of our clients while providing friendly guidance and education on the intricacies of creating effective office procedures.

Gail Patterson

Gail joined TPC’s bookkeeping team in 2012 and works with TPC clients across Canada with their bookkeeping needs. She has 35 years of bookkeeping experience with both smaller and larger businesses, and is well versed in a number of challenges that business owners encounter on a day-to-day basis. In 1996, Gail built, owned and operated the Ogden Point Café with a business partner. Prior to 1996, Gail worked a number of years as a legal assistant in Victoria, BC.

Bill joined Raymond James in 2015 after working for 6 years with yourCFO Advisory Group. Bill believes that investors and advisors alike would be best served focusing on items which they can control such as focused diversification, a consistent approach to security selection, and maximizing the tax efficiency of portfolios. Bill received his Chartered Accountant designation in 1997 and his CFP designation in 1999. Before joining Raymond James, he spent 14 years with public practice accounting firms including Ernst and Young, KPMG, and a highly respected local C.A. firm in Victoria, BC. Most of Bill’s clients are medical and dental professionals, business owners, and individuals who appreciate the value and importance of consistent and tax efficient financial management.

Nancy MacInnis
Licensed Financial Advisor Assistant

Originally from Sackville, NS, and still a ‘Bluenoser’ at heart, Nancy moved to Victoria in 1995, bringing close to a decade of industry experience with her.  Over the next 25 years, Nancy continued to work in the Financial Industry in various levels of administrative roles and although, only starting with Bill Scott in January 2019, she has been employed with Raymond James since 2006.  Nancy is here to assist you with any account related questions or requests.

Graduating from UVic Law School in 1982, Stewart articled with the BC Ministry of Attorney General and entered private practice in 1983 focusing on his preferred areas of practice: business and corporate law, real property law including land development and leasing, and estate planning. For the past 15 years, TPC Financial Group has been looking to Stewart to provide legal expertise and experience in several key areas of legal practice including Incorporation, Wills and estate planning.

Grant McNeill

Graduating from Simon Fraser University in 1984 with a Bachelor of Business Administration, Grant continued on to receive his Chartered Accountant designation in 1987 and his C.I.C.A, in depth tax course in 1989. He worked with KPMG from 1984 until he moved to Crawford, Paterson, Campbell & McNeill in 1991, later becoming a partner in 1995. For the past 15 years, TPC Financial Group has been looking to Grant to provide expertise and experience in Corporate Tax matters.

Damon Pallan
Crawford, Paterson, Campbell & McNeill

Damon Pallan is a Chartered Accountant and Partner at Crawford Paterson Campbell & McNeill (“CPCM”) in Victoria, British Columbia. He has been with CPCM since 2001 where he started off as a student. In 2009 he obtained his Chartered Accountant’s designation and became a senior manager. In 2013 Damon was admitted to partnership within the firm. Damon practices in the area of owner/managed businesses, professional corporations, personal income taxes, construction companies and high-tech firms (SR&ED). He prides himself on and enjoys working closely with clients to ensure they are getting exactly what they need, not only from an accounting and tax perspective, but from a management outlook as well. Damon believes that organization and communication are the keys to success. In addition to maintaining a thriving practice, he loves spending time with his wife, young daughter and son. He is very active and enjoys golfing, basketball, working out and snowboarding.
